Sometimes caring for others (particularly those who have experienced trauma or are going through challenging times), can take its toll on us as care-providers. This is why it is important for us to go beyond self-care, and to carefully consider how we can build our resilience. In this session, we will learn about how our bodies' mental health system works, and how it can be impacted when we are in caring professions.
