According to a study by MIT Sloan, 24 million American workers left jobs between April and September 2021 and 40% of employees were considering leaving. Some reasons for this “Great Resignation” include Covid burnout, toxic work culture, job insecurity, failure of management to recognize performance, and a lack of career-development.
