The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA; access by clicking the full title) is filled out each year a student is applying for college to get financial aid form teh federal government. For youth who are experiencing homelessness, or who are at risk of homelessness, and who are on their own, applying for the FAFSA can be complex.
