IN211 expands telephonic services

Certified peer recovery supports now available 24/7 through Indiana 2-1-1

Beginning this month, certified peer recovery supports can now be accessed 24/7 in Indiana by calling 2-1-1. The Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction and Mental Health America of Indiana partnered with the Indiana Recovery Network, beginning in August 2020, to provide free, confidential peer recovery support services, including recovery coaching sessions for those seeking or in recovery, referrals to local resources, and general support for family members. Certified peer recovery support professionals were initially available only between 9 am and 8 pm. Now, with DMHA’s support, the Indiana Recovery Network is able to offer support to Hoosiers who may need help at any hour of the day.

The Indiana Recovery Network has made this flyer available for organizations to print and promote the 24/7 availability of certified peer recovery supports. > https://files.ctctusercontent.com/b5410596be/853846c4-673c-4285-ac7d-0f97b942b11a.pdf?rdr=true
