Try this: Do something (big or small) to slow down. Go for a short walk after dinner, take a no-phone coffee break in the middle of the day, or read for 10 minutes before bed. Pick one thing that feels like a long, long exhale.
Think on this: Think about the last time you lashed out. Why did you feel the need to lash out? Were you reacting or responding?
