The increasing number of children and adolescents with high acuity needs and risk for suicidal ideation is a salient issue facing behavioral health systems across the country. Creative solutions and system collaboration are key elements to support youth and families in crisis, particularly with 988 in effect, and as states and communities continue to build out their crisis services continuum.
