Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE) is now offering data sheets and visualizations for 2020 suicide death data on their suicide statistics webpage. These analyses, previously housed on the AAS website, are based on CDC’s vital statistics and WISQARS data, with breakdowns of information by state, age, gender, and other population and geographic groupings. The SAVE resources complement CDC’s recent extensive data analyses and reports looking further into suicide rates and trends that can inform our suicide prevention work, SAMHSA’s recent 2020 NSDUH report, and SPRC’s data pages (2020 information will be available by early February).
