Supporting Healthy Sleep

What’s the best way to decide what time your child should go to sleep during the school year? Begin by considering the total amount of sleep your child needs, then think about a realistic wake-up time that will allow you and your child ample time for morning routines. Next, based on this wake-up time, make a plan about an ideal bedtime.
