Tools for Supporting Emotional Wellbeing in Children and Youth

In light of the challenges children have faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, the National Academies has developed a suite of free tools to help students manage feelings of stress, anxiety, and sadness.

The tools are available in English and Spanish, and include graphic novel-style videos and PDFs that teach students stress management skills, such as deep breathing and mindfulness.
