Let's pull back into your real life
Try this: Spend some time reflecting on all your small wins (getting out of bed counts, honestly) by making a list of every little thing you accomplished. Even if you feel like you just barely made it through, you definitely got things done.
Think on this: What self-care activities could you do today that the future you would appreciate tomorrow? Is it spending more time doing nothing tonight so you can feel recharged when you wake up? Could you take out the recycling now so you don’t have to look at it later? This may look different day to day.
Remember this: Trust your timing.
