DMHA Behavioral Health Workforce Landscape Survey

The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction is undertaking a strategic initiative to better understand the current state and needs of the behavioral health workforce across the state. The purpose of this survey is to:

  1. Help define behavioral health workforce needs at the community level, including hiring and retention practices that are working and identify opportunities for improvement.

  2. Create resources that help educate individuals who are interested or are becoming interested in working in behavioral health.

These resources will then become part of DMHA's communications efforts to better define and illustrate opportunity, and promote education, training, advising, and hiring resources.
