Franciscan Health is officially in Hamilton County! And our voice is important for the plans for the next 3 years.
The Franciscan Community Health Improvement team completes a Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) as a result of data from the CHNA. This report is part of the community benefit regulation, but more importantly, it helps Franciscan prioritize the issues, populations, and interventions they will focus on in the years to come.
