As a focal point, the session will define and examine intergenerational, insidious, historical, acculturative and race-based trauma and stress while taking a critical look at the pervasive consequences of oppression on health and the role of individuals and organizations in responding and discuss transformational practices toward reducing harm and promoting wellness and innovation.
